So how do I actually track down issue?

I am trying to "Preview" a page, and I keep getting a blank page instead. Then I try to save the page, it saves successfully, but the page still has no text.

Here is the Media Wiki page I am trying to replicate (with much frustration and no luck):
      http://blincmagazine.com/wiki/New_page

Here is the Vault page that I added the content to.
      http://www.blincmagazine.com/forum/s...umping+History

NOTE: I also typed in just some plain text "HELLO", and when saving, the page is blank again. Not only that, there is a duplicate page when I go into the main wiki page now after clicking the back button.

The blank page implies that your server is throwing an error. Since your server is not reporting to the browser, you will need to check your error logs for a specific message. This is not something we can do here since our pages save fine.

It also looks to me like your VaultWiki style is not built properly. If you already tried "Rebuild All Styles", you will need to toggle/untoggle "Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?"

So this does not work if you have it set to save as file?

It does, but you need to get vBulletin to rebuild your file. So you need to disable it, save, then enable it. I would recommend the same for your VaultWiki's legacy setting.
