You are going the need the Parser Extensions (coming soon) for this.

{{#if: a | b | c }}
translates to
[if="a"] b [else /] c [/if]

{{#ifeq: a | b | c | d }}
translates to
[if="a==b"] c [else /] d [/if]

Of course the [else /] bit is optional.

For {{PAGENAME}} you will be using [var]PAGENAME[/var].

Again, you will need to wait for Parser Extensions to do any of this.
