Special Pages, Books and Recent Changes

In the vBulleting pull down menu at the top of the page, my Wiki menu appears next to the User CP. When I click on Special Pages, Books or Recent Changes I get the following error:

Not Found
The requested URL /.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas?

If you are not already running 2.1.3, you should upgrade (there was a problem saving changes to the Special namespace in earlier versions). Then, in the Namespace Manager, click the Edit link for the Special namespace. Click Save. This should rebuild the namespace info for that namespace.
