I'm trying to follow the instructions here:

I never get a "book" tab for any of the articles I've created. How do I get chapters into a book, and how do I display the table of contents?

Never mind, it looks like you have to rebuild articles to get the tab to appear. Got it going.

Yeah the tab won't appear unless the Book namespace contains at least one Book.
