      Header Templates

I noticed earlier that on one of my forums where I have a header set up that if I view a post the header has a space seperating it from the first post, yet if I view the actual forum there is no space and the header is joined to the list of posts.

Which template would I edit to put that space in on the forum?

also, on forums without a header.....leave them as they are with the "add content" message.

This spacing was done because of the way the tables are constructed differently in SHOWTHREAD versus FORUMDISPLAY. We have tested the space-in-the-forum version, and trust me, it does not look very nice. On the other hand, you would have to edit vault_general_forumheader to do this, and add a THIS_SCRIPT conditional that would close the threadlist table early, add a space, and then reopen the threadlist. Adding the line break here may also break vBulletin functionality, I am not sure.

I think I'll follow my motto "if it's not broken, then don't fix it" in this case and leave it alone for now until I get a lot more time to think on it.

      Thanks for the info though.
