Protection Question

In the wiki, it says this:

How can the author of an article give other users editing capabilities? I've been looking around a bit on my wiki, but haven't found this feature yet.

That feature does not actually exist at this time, although it is planned. At the current time, the only other users who can edit this protection level are moderators and admins.
