It doesn't seem possible to move multiple pages from one area to another.
Or to add them to a category.

You cannot use inline moderation on pages to add them all to one category. Instead, visit the category you want to add them to and use Add Listing > Add Existing Page tool to add up to 200 pages to the category at a time.
There are inline moderation tools on the area's List tab. One of the options will allow you to move selected pages.
