Would there be a way to have an individual wiki for each social group?
The wiki pages for each social group are still served by shared VaultWiki files and database tables and therefore must follow shared rules in order to locate and serve the pages correctly. So no, you may have only one wiki that all social groups share.

You can, however, structure your wiki so that various social groups have their own sub-forums where they are supposed to save wiki pages.
