Since many of my articles are quite large, it would be extremely useful to be able to display snippets/previews of important article chapters in other locations, like for example vba or the CMS or even in forum post.

At the current time, no. We do have a better previews system coming in VaultWiki 4.
Will that include previews for chapter/headlines?
