How can I remove contents box from each page

Basically I want to remove the contents box from appearing when I add 4 or more [H="2"] tags. I know I can use , but I really don't want to have to do that to every page. Setting "Show Book Table of Contents in Chapters?" to no seems to have no effect. Am I missing something?

No, the only way is to use the TOC tag with the NO keyword.

In VaultWiki 4 you can control the number of headlines there must be before the table of contents is triggered. In theory you could set this number really high so no TOC is made unless someone uses FORCE in the BB-Code.
