Question / Request

I just bought your Vaultwiki, and so far I think I am getting it set up right but I have a couple of questions/requests.

First,
For those that dont know how to use the wiki, users on the forum, would it be possible to get the instructions shown here
https://www.vaultwiki.org/books/User-Manual in either a PDF or in wiki format like here to import into our wiki.

Second,
How did you get these icons like here?

I'd like to do this instead of like in your demo

There is a section called special
http://www.diablosanctuary.com/forums/showwiki.php
It has wierd stuff in it, I dont get the point to it.
In the admincp/ namespace manager, I can't delete this section
