Some BB-Codes don't have images, so they won't show even if you set that to Yes. You can still use them by typing the code manually [bookindex]
vBulletin has some BB-Codes like this, [email] [thread] [post] and some others. They don't appear in the editor either, but they work if you look up the codes in the FAQ.
