vbulletin 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 upgrade

I upgraded my forum software today. The vBulletin side ran fine. No issues.
But after the upgrade I re enabled the Wiki and posts showed. But the
formatting inside the posts was not there and it seemed like the templates were wrong/missing.

I fixed it easily by running the upgrade to 3.0.0 beta 5 and running the script, but I think
for people who already have the latest version, a sticky on how to recover if such an issue
occurs would be useful.
