Bullet color

This does not seem to be an image so where would I go to change this bullet color?

It's vault/images/bullet.gif.

If you change the image, make sure to make a copy of the files in another directory and define the path in AdminCP -> CES VaultWiki -> Wiki Style Manager -> Wiki Stylevars.

This way you won't lose the changes on your next upgrade.
