How or where do I look to change the color for links in a Wiki page? Right now they turn blue and that does not work well with the style we have going. There is nothing in the CSS for the link colors.

It sounds like you're using vBulletin 3? Have you checked the template vw-link.css? The template should be commented to help find the part you're looking for.
we are using 4.1.3 But I'll look for it.
