"Use the default icon" doesn't work
Someone changed an icon on a page to see how it looked and now we can't change it back. Choosing the "Use the default icon" doesn't do anything. It requires a moderation approval but it doesn't show anything changed.
Also when I tried to undo the original icon change through the history (now 13 revisions ago) it gave me a an error
Please enter a value for the required field 'title'.
Any thoughts?

I was able to successfully undo the icon change in my test using the Undo control. If you are getting an error message, I need more information about the page you're dealing with. Is it a specific node-type, like an area or the index? Are there already edits awaiting moderation when you try to undo?
Can't seem to roll back any edits on that page - get an error "Please enter a value for the required field 'title'." each time I confirm the changes. I'll create a pic of the icon and upload it for now.
