Promote Wiki Article to vBulletin 4 article.

Is this a question or a statement of fact?

As I understand it, this is a suggestion for VaultWiki - to be able to convert an existing post into an article using a button similar to the one vBCMS has (depicted above). This, of course, was posted in the wrong forum, so I have moved it to a slightly more appropriate place.
