is it possible to share wiki-pages, books, areas, comments, discussions, etc. to social networks like facebook, google+, facebook,...

Yes, you can share any wiki page/feed/etc to social networks. If your forum software has built-in share functions (like XenForo has settings for facebook, google+, twitter), then activate/create a "Bookmarking and Sharing"-type sidebar block in Admin > Wiki > Content > Sidebar Blocks.

We have just added article icons in the latest release. og:image integration was overlooked, but I will look into it for 4.0.2.

That's the correct block. I don't see it anywhere on your site though, so I don't know why you don't have any social media buttons.

how can i activate/display an sideblock outside the wiki?

What about pages with images inside. Will it be possible to choose this picture instead of a standard wiki-image ?

This feature is a MUST ;-)

It would automatically use whatever image you have chosen as the main icon for the wiki article. That might be a wiki-image or another arbitrary image file.

I don't think Facebook will show an image until og:image integration is added.

Ok, will wait for 4.0.2!
