According to the last several posts you made over a week ago now, you were asking questions about how auto-links worked and how to create your wiki structure. From your responses, it seemed like you had figured these things out.
If you're having issues, you need to let us know what they are, or we can't resolve them or attempt to make the documentation about it more straightforward.
Please elaborate on your issues:
"forum sections are disappearing". This is probably just due to a forum's Display Order being set to 0. That is an easy fix via your Forum Manager.
"can't get it set up in any realistic fashion". What exactly are you trying to accomplish? The hierarchy works the same as forum-sub-forum hierarchy, but from your posts it sounded like you already figured out that much.
"getting database errors". If you haven't reported any of these database errors, please do so. They are not supposed to be a normal occurrence.
As for refunds. Like vBulletin itself, we do not have a refund policy or a "guarantee" of any sort. You already agreed to the License Agreement which plainly states this fact. You are welcome to transfer your license to someone else if you decide you are not going to use it.

Too bad, mattpist - I feel for you. For different reasons my WIKI sits basically unused as well.

I'll go to bat for pegasus here. I had a TON of issues when I first migrated from nuWiki to vaultwiki. I posted in the support area and pegasus worked with me to get it setup the way I wanted it. real wiki's have a real learning curve, and I'll admit I was plenty frustrated in the beginning, but the system does make sense, I promise.
Post in the support area, and be as specific and detailed as possible. Pegasus has been very helpful to me and I made my transition from nuWiki to VaultWiki. (at least you are setting up a new wiki, the migration was a nightmare, although I hear it's much better now :) )

People should use vaultwiki lite first, to see if the product suits them.
In terms of fixing errors, vaultwiki rarely has problems, most problems come from not reading the manual, but pegasus always steps people though problems.

I concur: Pegasus did an excellent job on tech support, and that's why have been one of his loyal customer.
