After the move to Vaultwiki all urls change and this severely affects google ranking. To avoid this, 301 redirects from the old urls to the new urls are needed. Does Vaultwiki provide this?

VaultWiki automatically 301 redirects if you try to visit the article via the showthread.php URL variant.
How about the various urls coming from nuwiki.php like books?
These are not handled. In VaultWiki, Special:Books and Special:Recentchanges are not indexed by search engines. As for individual book URLs, you may want to add redirects at the server level, depending on how many you have, or just redirect all of them to your book forum for now.
Is there anything else that is not 301 redirected?
I don't think there are any other special non-article URLs in NuWiki, but you've used it more recently than I, so you might know better.
