    2. Uninstalling VaultWiki

This page is a chapter in VW4 Install Manual
Should you decide after installing to remove VaultWiki from your forum, you can do so like any other forum modification.

To avoid any issues, you should uninstall any other modifications that rely on VaultWiki first.

When you’re ready to uninstall the main product, begin the uninstallation process. This process differs depending on the forum software you are using.

    vBulletin

From your AdminCP, go to Plugins & Products > Product Manager, and find "VaultWiki" in the list. Using the drop-down menu, select "Uninstall."

Remove the following files and folders from your web server:
    • /admincp/wiki_cp.php
    • /clientscript/ckeplugins/vwattach/
    • /clientscript/ckeplugins/vwlink/
    • /clientscript/ckeplugins/vwtable/
    • /includes/bitfield_vaultwiki.xml
    • /includes/cpnav_vaultwiki.xml
    • /includes/cssrollup_vaultwiki.xml
    • /includes/hooks_vaultwiki.xml
    • /modcp/wiki_cp.php
    • /packages/vw/
    • /vault/
    • /vb/activitystream/popularity/vw/
    • /vb/activitystream/populate/vw/
    • /vb/activitystream/view/perm/vw/
    • /vb/sitemap/vw/
    • /wiki_*
    • /yui_loader.php

    XenForo

From your Admin Control Panel, go to Add-ons > List Add-ons, and find "VaultWiki" in the list. Using the "Controls" drop-down menu, select "Uninstall."

Remove the following files and folders from your web server:
    • /library/vw/
    • /vault/
    • /yui_loader.php

Note:If your un-installation is not successful or seems to hang at any point, please contact VaultWiki support before making another attempt or trying to reinstall VaultWiki. Trying to un-install, install, or upgrade from an incomplete VaultWiki installation could damage your database.
