The Synonyms tab shows a list of existing synonyms for the current article. Depending on what other tabs are visible, this may appear under the "Options" menu.

Depending on your permissions, you can modify existing synonyms for the current article by using this form to change the synonym's prefix or title.

You can also use this form to create new synonyms for the current article by entering a prefix and title for the new synonym.

If you also have permission to delete synonyms, you can set an expiration date for new synonyms. Expiration dates are useful for synonyms that are only needed for a short period of time, such as when search engines need to update their records about an article's new location.

Using the Synonyms tab on an article, you can even add named synonyms for Anonymous Pages.
