Before users can begin working together on an article, someone needs to initially create it. There are multiple ways to create a new wiki article:

• You can attempt to visit the URL of an article that doesn't already exist. The article will say that the wiki node could not be found, but you can change that by clicking the "Create" tab.
  
• Alternatively, navigate to the part of the wiki most suitable for that content. You should see a button such as "Create New Page", a "Create New" drop-down menu, or something similar. Clicking this control will open up the new article editor.
