Description Permissions Escalation. When a wiki has prefixes with overlapping names (such as having both "Prefix" and "Prefix:SubPrefix"), a user might use a prefix that is not allowed by an area, if the same area allows another prefix that overlaps it. Does not affect Lite versions.
