Changes in 4.0.0 Gamma 4

This list will serve to outline some of the changes in 4.0.0 Gamma 4 since 4.0.0 Gamma 3 to help users update modifications.
4.0.0 Gamma 4 was the first version to offer a Lite version. The Lite version shares templates, phrases, settings, and the like with the commercial releases, but with exclusions. For this reason, changes between releases that relate to the Lite version will be catalogued only if there is a change to inclusions or exclusions compared to the commercial release.
