VaultWiki 4 Alpha 1 was the very first public release of VaultWiki 4. As such, all templates, phrases, files, and the like that appear in this release are considered new.

Normally, since this is the first release, you should not have any additional work to consider when installing, unless you are attempting to port any modifications that previously applied to VaultWiki 3. There are no shared templates, phrases, files, etc from VaultWiki 3, so any such modifications will have to be completely rebuilt.
