The main structure of the wiki comes from containers called areas.

Wiki areas perform a number of functions, including providing a hierarchy for the wiki, sandboxing user permissions, and containing wiki articles and other wiki content.

Since wiki areas are so important, only administrators can create new ones and modify the titles of ones that already exist. This is accomplished via the Area Manager, under the Structures menu in the Admin Panel.
