Templates are pre-written, commonly-used content that can be inserted into multiple articles by using the Template BB-Code. They typically also contain pre-defined portions where implementers can fill in the blanks.

Note:Some things to keep in mind:
  • Because templates can be included in articles by any user that can edit articles, restricted content should not be hard-coded into a template.
  • Templates slow down page generation and should be used economically.
