Issue: Widget to promote Wiki content to forum visitors

It would be nice to have a widget that shows a list of wiki content that could be e.g. in the sidebar and promote our forum users to interact with (and hopefully update) the wiki...

Some ideas for options/configuration of the widget:

* Which types of wiki content to show in list
* Select which areas to take content from

* How many items to show in the widget

Pull content by:
* Random (would probably need some caching + time setting for how often to update)
* Most/Least recently edited content
* Most/Least popular wiki pages
* Content from special pages? (e.g. Special:WantedPages, Special:ShortPages) to promote fixing missing things..


This would be a powerful way for anyone to build their own widgets to promote certain activities by the forum members
