Exclude entire Areas from auto-linking

As per the title really. If we could exclude an entire area from auto linking it would be really helpful. We have drafts areas where we don't like to autolink to, as well as areas where common names are autolinked on the forum unintentionally.

The be clear: this is a setting for an Area that would prevent any autolink TO wiki pages within it.
