Issue: Search Engine index controls (XenForo 2.2)

XenForo 2.2 introduces Search Engine Indexing controls. See:

Please add support for Vaultwiki so that we can set criteria to include or exclude wiki content from Search Engine indexing.
This is mighty handy for exclusion of stubs, templates, attachment pages, etc. etc.

I propose the following criteria:
Page has at least X reaction score.
Page has at least X edits.
Page has at least X characters.
Page has no less than X rating score.
Page has custom field value X.

The latter criteria can be used to manually set a status for the page. This is handy to manually set the page to stub and thereby exclude it.
