VaultWiki does normally add a 'Create new' page action button next to the page title (in the same place as the 'Post thread...' button).

But speaking of UI and 'buttons', one particular thing that I dislike is the protected page icon button in the page action area that is styled like a normal button (but does not have a click action). I have improved this on my own site by adding the is-disabled XF CSS class:

Aha, it was evading everyone for a little while by being over the sidebar lol

It feels like it should be over the main content panel.
