4.1 Beta 3 b003 xml file size in bytes is identical to b002 and some 'fixed' issues in change log are unchanged (possibly due to old XF xml)

Despite what the change log says, issue 5843 persists in the new build.

The size of the _data folder (addons\vw\vw\_data) is identical down to the byte for builds 002 and 003. I presume then that there is a VW.org related issue fetching older build 002 xml files for the 003 download. Or am I mistaken?

Thanks for pointing this out. We typically don't include XML changes in minor builds, but since I said that change would be in build 003, I've included it now.

Thanks . I did take into account the usual policy of XF template changes usually being saved for new releases, but as the issue's comment and change log entry both specifically reference a new build I figured this was worth raising.
