[4.1 Beta 3] Nested bbcode will not parse in NOINCLUDE bbcode on template page

On my test site and then the VW.org XF demo, it appears that template bbcode won't embed on a template page when it is contained inside a DIV or TABLE despite using INCLUDEONLY & NOINCLUDE. Without the DIV or TABLE bbcode, templates do embed.

This has been reproduced on the following page:

The template is output as follows:

However, on a regular page this same template will embed within a DIV (or table) without trouble. Example: https://www.vaultwiki.org/xf-wiki/in...t-via-template

On this page, the second template instance is all fine. It looks something like:

Fixed in the next build. Based on my understanding of the bug, any nested BB-Code inside NOINCLUDE would appear as unrendered in XF2, regardless of the tag. For example:

Code:

[NOINCLUDE][b][u]underlined[/u][/b][/NOINCLUDE]

would show as:
[u]underlined[/u]
So when inside NOINCLUDE, only the outermost tags would parse. Additionally, if sequential tags were separated by text, then only the first tag in the sequence would parse:

Code:

[NOINCLUDE][b]bold[/b] followed by [u]underlined[/u][/NOINCLUDE]

would show as:
bold followed by [u]underlined[/u]

Yes, this does seem correct on my test site.

Additionally, if sequential tags were separated by text, then only the first tag in the sequence would parse:

Sequential tags (with or without text separating them) nested in NOINCLUDE actually renders as expected on my test site. The output:
bold followed by underlined
