This is tied to the link used for the tile icon.

Removing this removes the issue:

That was the link being used.

I've noticed that when loading the wiki area pages that it takes a looong time to load the tile images now

Since you mention that images are taking a while to load, note that I mentioned in the other report that some of your wiki's images appeared to be behind some kind of leech protection at the origin server which was preventing them from being proxied, or the origin server might be throttling proxy requests. If you have control over the origin, you might need to do something like whitelist your site's IP address.

Just to be clear, as far as I can tell if ANY image link is used then this error occurs.
