ErrorException: [E_NOTICE] Undefined index: renderedtitle src\addons\vw\vw\_core\view\ui\area\vw.php:402

Upgraded from VaultWiki 4.0.25 -> 4.1.0 Beta 2 (actually I downloaded Beta 3, but as indicated in this ticket, the version string seems to be invalid) on XF 2.1.3 (updated from XF 1.5)

If you can reproduce this, please provide more information about the kind of page you are trying to view. I can't reproduce this on my site.

It might be possible for this to occur while uploading the Beta 3 package if:
1. src/addons/vw/vw/_core/view/ui/area/vw.php uploads.
2. Someone visits wiki content.
3. src/addons/vw/vw/_core/model/url/vw.php uploads later.

During #2, this error may occur. In this case, it would be safe to ignore.

This still happens even when the upgrade is completed. I simply edit a page and two of those errors appear.

If your URL Format is set differently from mine, that might explain my difficulty reproducing.

In src/addons/vw/vw/_core/model/url/xf2.php, find:
