When not logged in, there is also a different stack trace with us_trigger_error() printed at the top of every page. The site operates normally below the printed stack trace.

Restarted PHP and the error is gone.

That's cool. The non-fatal stack trace with "us_trigger_error()" is still present at the top of most pages when logged out at my end, but the site is functional .
