[4.1 Alpha 1] BB codes: [file] does not show an image

Example: https://www.vaultwiki.org/xf-wiki/in...ground-for-XF2

The source code reveals that the attachment name is being inserted as text instead of a thumbnail. Perhaps VW doesn't know the attachment type is an image?

Compare this to VW4.0 (XF1) where this span would typically be an img element:

N.B. On the Skyscraper Image's dedicated page, the image is shown correctly.

This was leftover damage from:

Fixed Bug: empty vw_route.searchmeta after upgrade [since: 4.1.0 Alpha 1]

Which was fixed in Alpha 1 build 002. If you have leftover damage, you should use Maintenance > Rebuild Counters / Caches > Rebuild Content URLs.
