[4.1 Alpha 1] Recent activity widget: Timestamp alternates between two formats

Recent activity entries in the sidebar widget have alternating timestamp formats. E.g. 1 week ago to Jan 4, 2019. The times change from one format to another a little while after the page load, sometimes in under a minute.

Spotted on VW.org's XF2 demo and my own test site. This one's a bit of an interesting quirk, how ever minor an issue it is. I can supply side-by-side screenshots if requested.

It seems that XenForo 2 automatically sets the dates on page-load, which happens to occur after our Javascript loads the activity contents. And our Javascript has slightly different logic for setting the dates.

This will be fixed in Alpha 2. We replace our Javascript date code with a re-run of XenForo 2's code when the activity contents are loaded, and whenever the contents are refreshed.
