I'm not sure how this error was triggered as I can load the 'Dmxmodule' attachment just fine. And when I do, no undefined variable error is logged.

From what I understand, this should only be possible in one of two ways:
- Your wiki has a custom URL for one of its pages that sets the page URL to your site's root URL. This is not possible using the tools available in the interface, so it would have to have been given that URL using plugins.
- The incoming URL from the browser's address bar included a double // in the wiki path part of the URL. This was probably a typo when the user typed the URL.

In vault/core/controller/route/vw.php, find:

After it, add:
