I canot find the facility to name the users who are authroized to edit an article

I want to set up some of the wiki areas and/or articles to control who may make edits to an article.

In particular some users need to use the wiki facility for single author documents with revision tracking.

      How do I do that?

There is not currently a way for a single-author document to whitelist a small subset of users to also edit that page. There is an open feature request for that: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/2316/

However, in vBulletin, you can achieve a close effect by using vBulletin social groups with multi-author pages.
      1. Manager would create a social group (enabling wiki options), make the group invite-only, and invite the users who would be on the whitelist.
      2. Create a wiki page or add an existing wiki page to the social group. This will require editors of the page to be a member of the social group.
