After saving usergroup permission show which usergroup was saved

In Xenforo its default behavior to display which usergroup permission was saved. This is done by making the usergroup name bold and highlighting the row. This is very handy when you have a lot of usergroups and are editing multiple.

Implemented in 4.1.x. Also applied this change when deleting custom usergroup permissions.
