When autolink options are changed Cache should be purged.

Ah, okay. The presence of the BB-Code is probably being maintained by the post-cache. You should be able to trigger a cache purge by toggling the BB-Code's active state again in XenForo's BB-Code manager.

To resolve this issue in VaultWiki in the future, the following will need to be added:
- When changing anything autolink-related in Options > Wiki Links, purge the related caches. I am actually surprised that this does not already exist.

Please add this. Anytime I change a setting my whole site becomes unreadable. (we have loads of autolinks)

Actually the issue causign autolinks not to be parsed is here: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/5248/
This suggestion may still be valid though.
