Issue: Alphabetical Page Index divider lines should be broken

Please see bug report 320849 on my site.
This issue exists on the xenforo default style and appears when you have categories with enough articles to fill 3 columns. Its not visible on the xf demo here because it doesnt have enough data.
The border-bottom of vw-headline touches the on next to it making it a long line. This makes it appear as if the three top headings form one heading spanning the entire width of the container.
