      The setting checks to make sure you actually have the specified space available on the current disk partition. If a higher number is considered invalid, it means it cannot allocate the disk space. I doubt there is a bug here.

      How is the admin supposed to know which value it relates to? There are many settings on that page. I think it would be good to clarify that.

      That issue should be raised with the XenForo developers. The error message is a standard message from XenForo_DataWriter_Option (please_enter_valid_value_for_this_option). The DataWriter passes the option ID that failed validation, but the phrase does not include the option ID in its output.
