Issue: vbulletin attachments do not convert

We will from VW3 to XF+VW4. The vb to XF script converts vbulletin links like attachments to xenforo attachment links. In posts that is.
But for the import of vbulletin posts (VW3) to VW4, these links are not converted unless they are attached to the wiki post.

We retained IDs so this should be easy to do with some form of search and replace.
For example all instances of: /forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=53915&stc=1&d=1485187416
needs to be replace:

A related issue is that for VW we of course had many custom bbcodes, which have a different counterpart in XF.
So any vbulletin link in custom bb code also needs to be converted to new format by search and replace.

Unfortunately no solution seems to exist for VW4.
