Flag order is not respected

In 95% of our wiki articles the order of flags at the top of our wiki articles is:

EN-US
NL-NL

But in some instances its the other way around. This should not happen. There should always be the same order of flags. Flag/language order should always be respected to avoid confusion and mistakes.
