Issue: The current Prefix and Title combination matches another item

When a user add a translation of a page then it is not immediately clear that they should add a new unique title. And in many cases there is no unique title possible. So when the user submits the page they encounter the following error:

The current Prefix and Title combination matches another item

This confuses many users too much. They just abort and conclude vaultwiki is too complex for them.
Others seek alternative routes and create duplicate pages or add the wrong language into the wrong page.
There needs to be a simple way to create a translation without the need to enter a different title.
My suggestion is: if no new title is added to a translation then use a language prefix or suffix. i.e.
EN - Page_name
or
Page_name - EN
