Image displays twice

Something very weird is going on with it.

I don't see anything that looks odd to me. Please explain the issue a little more.

If you open two windows to compare then it will be more obvious.
The image on the attachment page is complete: /wiki/Blog-Tab This is 604px in height.
This image is embedded in the wiki page section: /wiki/Blog#Posting-a-Blog-Article This is 768 in height. No matter what page width.
The excess height is filled with a duplication of the same image.

I see the problem. It was related to responsiveness. This bug does not actually exist in 4.0.15. A fix I had applied on your site was not working correctly. I have marked this as a duplicate of the original bug that the fix was for: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/4838/
