Implement Ridiculously Responsive Social Sharing Buttons

Please implement Endless horizon social share buttons:
https://xenforo.com/community/resour...al-share.5058/
https://kurtnoble.com/labs/rrssb/
These sharing buttons look great and enhance the looks of the wiki.
These sharing buttons do not load any external spying scripts like AddThis does.
These are therefore not blocked by browsers, antivirus or addblockers.

Please add settings on where to display the buttons. (sidebar, above wiki, below wiki)
